ABOUT
Creativity has always been in my blood. It was integral to my 20 year career as a marketing executive for a Fortune 500 company in Winston Salem, NC.
It was not until my retirement in 2003 was I able to devote all of my creative energy to my passion for photography and videography. Combining my creative streak with a foundation in marketing strategy insures my work delivers solid results for clients.
I currently work out of my home on the north end of the beach.
THE PROCESS
All of our projects start with a thorough understanding of the objective of the work and a fleshed out strategy. One simple question must be answered: “What single message do you want viewers to take away?" Insufficient focus or poorly defined goals are traps we make sure to avoid.
Usually we explore what your real point of difference is, or your competitive advantage. Not sure what that is? I can help.
We then manage concepting and scripting with the entire video cleary outlined and approved before we start production.
Our clear goal is always to move the client's business forward. Call it creativity with a purpose.
AWARDS AND PUBLICATIONS
Business awards received when I had a “real job” include being named one of the Top 100 Marketers in the country by Ad Age as well as one of my campaigns sited as a top ten campaign of the year by the New York Times.
My photography has been featured on the cover Our State magazine as well as Salt magazine locally. My work can also be seen on websites of numerous local businesses.
